1. No Returns Due to Health Regulations
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Due to health and safety regulations regarding vapor products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once purchased.
All sales are final.
This policy protects our customers and ensures that all products you receive are fresh, sealed, and untouched.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
While we cannot accept returns for change of mind, we stand behind our quality. If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Eligibility:
- Must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Must provide photos showing the damage/defect
- Must have your order number ready
What qualifies as damaged/defective:
- Leaking device upon arrival
- Device that doesn’t work (tested immediately)
- Broken packaging
- Wrong item shipped
What does NOT qualify:
- Device stops working after use (normal wear)
- Flavor preference
- Battery life (varies by usage)
- Normal wear and tear
3. How to Report an Issue
If you received a damaged or defective product:
- Take photos of the product and packaging showing the issue
- Email us within 48 hours at returns@tysonvapes.com
- Include:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos attached
We will review your claim and respond within 1-2 business days.
4. Resolution Options
If we determine your product was damaged or defective upon arrival, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Replacement product (same item, subject to availability)
- Store credit for future purchase
- Partial refund (in rare cases)
We do not offer full refunds for used products.
5. Cancellations
Before Shipping: If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@tysonvapes.com. If your order hasn’t shipped, we will cancel and refund in full.
After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our shipping policy for delivery questions.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank/card issuer)
- You will receive a confirmation email when processed
7. Chargebacks & Fraud
If you dispute a charge without first attempting to resolve the issue with us:
- We will provide all evidence of delivery and communication to your payment provider
- You may be permanently banned from future purchases
- Legal action may be pursued in cases of fraud

8. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order. We cannot accept returns of opened products for exchange.
