1. Age Verification & Adult Signature Required

IMPORTANT: All shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 21 years old
  • Someone 21+ will be available to sign for the package
  • You understand that packages cannot be left without a signature

If no adult is present, the carrier will leave a notice and hold the package at your local post office for pickup with valid ID.


2. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all US states where vapor products are legal to ship.

RESTRICTED STATES:
We cannot ship to:

  • Utah
  • Vermont
  • (Check current regulations—add any states where shipping is prohibited)

We reserve the right to cancel orders to restricted addresses.


3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Orders placed after 2pm PST will begin processing the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

6. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Track your package at:

  • USPS.com
  • By clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

  1. Check with household members/neighbors
  2. Contact your local post office
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
  4. Contact us at shipping@tysonvapes.com

We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damage
  • Contact us within 48 hours at shipping@tysonvapes.com
  • Include your order number and photos

We will review and may offer a replacement or store credit.

Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please consider shipping to a secure location.


8. Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you realize you entered the wrong address:

  • Contact us immediately at shipping@tysonvapes.com
  • If the order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address
  • If the order has shipped, we cannot redirect the package

9. International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.


10. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

  • P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS
  • APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to military addresses via USPS

During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing and delivery may take longer. We appreciate your patience.
